A Joy From Teaching
Teaching may not make the piggy bank overflow, but it sure can keep the heart warm. One of my students from 2 years ago was visiting her cousins (who happen to be my nextdoor neighbors) and while I was talking with the kids, her Aunt brought out a "book" she had done this summer. It tickled my heart and I had to hold back the tears. A true joy.
